American countries with a mestizo/native majority and heads of state, the european minority will be wealthier, own more land and businesses, and have a better quality of life than the average citizen. as for Australia's treatment of Aborigines: forcing them onto often isolated pieces of land, taking their children from their families to be educated off site, and other programs had "good intentions" at the time but stifled their development and left them vulnerable to abuse
