It does cross my mind every now and then but thats just further justification for making sure you live life to the fullest. Continuing to have a dream no matter how distant it seems, find something and/or someone that gives you a meaning to live, travelling to places and whatnot and h--- even offer a helping hand to anyone. Like the Jiggaman said "f--- tomorrow as long as the night before was sweet"

As I'm sure i've told quite a few you, I used to run a lot. However, I hurt my right knee back in late march. I've being going to physical therapy for the past couple of months and got cleared to start running again, my knee still bothers me but I've regained stability and form which is the most important thing for me. After two weeks of slow running on the treadmill I decided to test my knee, I went for my usual short run that I had been doing for the last few months prior to getting hurt.

The stability and form were there, but my knee still bothered me. Overall the run was great since it was my first outside run in over 2 months, I tried to keep my pace at 11 minutes per mile but its tough to control speed off the treadmill. My knee's sore right now but I'm icing it, it's a Beautiful Pain

I'll go back to the gym the rest of the week and continue building up my mileage this week. I'm currently at 2 miles at 5.3 speed on the treadmill , which is like an 11 minute pace. I'll be increasing my treadmill mileage by .5 miles every week, and doing this run here to test my knee strength every week. Hoping to be back to running halfs at my regular speed by September.

A few years ago I could've discussed the subject of religion for hours but now I simply don't care enough. Religion, for some, is their reason for being alive. It's a system to dictate right from wrong, a reason to life's unanswered questions, and essentially a safety net for their entire existence. If that gets someone through each day with the goal to be a better person then cool on them. For me it never made sense. I'd rather live my life as an individual and base my morality on experience and logical instances.

That being said, I do have an interest in Buddhism and it's philosophical roots. It's a non theistic religion. Buddha wasn't a God. He was a living person that taught others his way of living, both through moral and social respect and equality. It's more a way of life than it is a religion. It allows you to make your own choices, good or bad, as long as you understand the potential outcomes. There's no going to h--- for having sex or doing drugs or being lazy. It's a religion based on self awareness and oneness with the Earth.

But nah I don't think about Religion much. Just live my day to day how I wish to live it.

Therapy followed by the right SSRI.

I was diagnosed with PTSD, generalized anxiety disorder, and adolescent depression as a teen. Found my father dead after years of substance abuse. I tried to fight it on my own without the help of doctors, medical professionals, etc. until I couldn’t go a single day in public without a panic attack.

Eventually I got tired of living like that and decided to seek professional help. I saw a therapist twice a week for a year+ and was prescribed Sertraline, with my dose increasing up to 150mg. That was 7 or 8 years ago. Still taking the sertraline but my life is infinitely better. I’m happy and healthy.

Day my son was born for sure, I had a horrible childhood neglectful/abusive parents didn't give a f--- about me and rather fight each other. Very lonely childhood only real friend/long lasting friendship I've ever had were the ones I've gained with my dogs. So I've always said that when I have a kid I would give him everything I never got and be his best friend and make his life amazing learn from my parents f--- up so seeing him for the first time was crazy. I feel like looking back on it 10 years from now or even 18 years when he's a man will be on another level but for now almost 5 months later and I feel like the little guy hates me and only wants his mom lol
