Reasons:
1. He's far better than Drake
2. Has the best streak of albums this decade
3. Arguably one of the best deliveries of all time
4. Can drink more alchahol and handle more drugs than any other rapper in the game
He's been in that niche of rappers that carved their own lane with a dedicated fanbase & with serious detail to their discography. Watching his progression from the early mixtapes till Atrocity Exhibition, I was at one point fearful drugs & personal demons were gonna get him. Luckily he's powered through & used all that venom as his fuel and made a lot of arguable classics (Old is one of my all-time favorite albums!)
I personally hold him in the highest pantheon of rappers, idk if the mass majority would agree though. His catalog & ability certainly could make that case.
