    cant stand it but sometimes in high school when i'd play atmosphere in the car mom would say "oh that's cute"

    My mom loves hip hop, old school and new school. I can always show her new songs and most of the time she likes it, it's funny. My dad in the other hand doesn't listen to hip hop at all

    Not really. My mom liked Lose Yourself when it came out. And she liked Jesus Walks and Ghetto Gospel. My dad would rather just listen to Miley Cyrus dad sing achey breaky heart

    They've hardly really listened to it, but naw they don't like it. I think I played my dad 'changes' by Pac once and he didn't make it past the 1st verse lol. When I was younger though they'd drop me off and pick me up at rap concerts and s--- so they didn't have any issues with me listening to it.

    I'll never forget I played "100 Grandkids" for my mom. She said "sounds like he said honey gram" basically ruined the song for me lol.

    My mom not so much...My pops on the other hand had an eclectic taste for some 90's hip-hop namely Tribe, Outkast & DJ Quik--I remember growing up hearing Midnight Marauders. He doesn't like most of the new stuff but every now and he asks about whats out right now.

    My mother and I love Eminem and Hopsin. Also been to a few tech n9ne concerts together. She went to the gathering of the juggalos back in the day as well but not sure how I feel about ICP. Very hit or miss these days.

    Not really. My mom does like some mainstream rap songs on the radio though (like, internationally known)

    no, they don't. my dad is a lover of music, but doesn't really listen to/like hip hop. my mom is more of a casual music fan, but she doesn't really listen to hip hop either

    My mom hates it. My dad doesn't really mind I guess, sometimes I'll talk about it at my dad's house and he'll know Tupac and Biggie
