Sep 18, 2016 I'm just reiterating what reporters on CNN are saying, I have no idea. They said something about a gay bar being nearby.
Sep 18, 2016 dont read into theres gay bars everywhere CNN just reaching hoping the get it right b4 everyone else
Sep 18, 2016 23rd and 6th is not a gay area. It's not a tourist area either though which is interesting
Sep 18, 2016 Nah doesn't seem random anymore.... pipe bomb in seaside at a marine 5k run and now this. Both in trash cans
Sep 18, 2016 lol my brother lives on 21st....theres no 2nd explosion. as soon as that s--- happened they have cops and dogs all over it
Sep 18, 2016 one thing about NYC is that if the smallest thing happens in areas like that, cops will flood the area within 2 minutes max. I've seen drunk fights where cops show up out of nowhere like Jerry Springer
Sep 18, 2016 yea i lived in NYC for a little bit and yea cops are no joke with their response time in NYC
Sep 18, 2016 Of course they want to make it sound worse than it is. It's not good though. Kind of scary s--- happening on a random block like that. But the response of NYPD anywhere in downtown manhattan is instantaneous. If one person calls the cops on you there you're swarmed within 2 minutes
Sep 18, 2016 tfw half the twitter hashtag is arguing about trump saying it was bomb b4 everyone else like really
Sep 18, 2016 I was in that area a couple of days ago. Chelsea is a crappy looking area in Manhattan that only rich people can afford to live in. It's not necessarily a gay area but there are definitely gays in there. The Dallas BBQ attack on the gay couple happened in Chelsea. FIT is there, lots of fugazi fashionistas. Burlington Coat Factory, Blicks art and supplies, Old Navy, The Container Store. One of my favorite music spots, Academy Records, is there. I wonder if this was some sort of test to see how one of those types of explosives functions in a dumpster. Luckily no one was seriously hurt. There's also a Freemason's Lodge in Chelsea. So Tinfoil Squad get your weight up with that one.
