    ye i disliked them with that hannah montana versace and out da gym triplet flow nonsense but they have really turned me around in the last two years

    He just doesn't make good music. Nothing he does is memorable in any way. Add to that all the stories of him stealing songs/beats, and that's where the hate comes from. Just very forgettable overall.

    Travis makes incredible music (Birds was thrown together on a tour and is all remixes calm down everyone). The point should be made that music has nothing to do with how someone acts and every project up until 2016 was incredible.

    I just wanted to get an opinion on people on why they hate his music, and I got some. Its just not in some people's taste/he sounds generic to them. Thats really it.

    thats fair. you already mentioned that birds was trash which I agree with, and I actually like Rodeo and DBR so I am not really in a great position to answer the question i guess
