    I feel like this is Wayne's third best album and it's underappreciated. From the dope intro interlude outros, to the classic President Carter, to many other great cuts, this is better than Tha Carter imo. Not to mention his versatility in singing, rapping over guitars, and spoken word. C4 Mr Carters home

    I Miss My Dawgs is better than all of C4 tho so idk if this one beats Carter 1
