Jan 31, 2016 Lets talk about this. So I discovered him like 4 years ago and liked it, house of ballons, wicked games and what not. He wasmt famous back then. After getting into more and more singers, I realized how annoying and whiny this guy is. His yelping can be so f---ing unbearable. Also the massive pitch correction is so obvious. It's not even just about the boring content, it's his lazy-a--- execution. It feels like I'm listening to a computer thats trying to tell me something about love and emotions, it doesnt even feel genuine, it feels so incredibly forced. He's pretty corny, too. He does not have half the talent of a John Legend or Justin Timberlake. What goes around comes around is better and more creative than anything The Weeknd has ever released.
