    I wouldn’t say he’s terrible, but he’s definitely lost that rare spark.

    The only truly great beat I’ve heard from him recently is Lucifer, along with a 2 or 3 solid tracks on Snoop’s album, which we both know was essentially entirely Dre’s production.

    It’s over for Dre…I don’t want anything new…just leaks from the past and sure add a production to Eminem, 50 track or an artist of their stature lol but Dre is done


    20 years of detox….enjoy your retirement…gives us a leaks from the past….nothing new

    Have to agree. And admittedly most of the original Detox likely just sounds like 2001 2.0, which is why he probably never released it in the first place.

    He talked about the planets album back in 2010 .. he aint releasing this. I remember reading an article in XXL or vibe... He was gonna do a spatial audio planets album that was just instrumentals.

    That was 15 years ago ...

    Yes, we all remember. But if you actually read what Dre said he said it’s something he’s always wanted to do and that NDT re-inspired him to finish it.

    Bingo. This is a very old album concept from him. Dre tends not to revisit album concepts once he discards them, unfortunately.
