May 21, 2026 at 7:50 AM I honestly really enjoyed The Boys finale. At the very least it’s gotta be the best episode of season 5. It could’ve been a lot better but I was surprisingly satisfied for the most part. Even though I enjoyed the episode, these are all valid criticisms. Spoiler During the White House fight I was literally thinking about how Homelander should be very easily killing everybody in that fight. Instead he got his a--- kicked like a b----. It’s like that s--- he took to make him more powerful really didn’t do anything at all. Thankfully this didn’t take me out of the experience, but it’s very convenient.
May 21, 2026 at 7:55 AM I stopped watching the boys after half way through season 3 I think it was. Started boring the h--- out of me. Karl Urban still a goat though.

May 21, 2026 at 9:02 PM What’s the next show to watch? Hmm. Nothing new seems interesting, might go to my watchlist and start some old shows.Ryan Coogler is filming a new X-Files reboot, so I might go back to the classics and re-watch this summer
May 22, 2026 at 4:07 AM I watched the first 3 episodes of the Boys and while I enjoyed it I didn't bother (yet) to continue. Also started A Handmaids Tale given the praise it gets. The storytelling is really good but not sure if this is really my thing. It's very hard to watch how the people are treated lol. I know it's ironic coming from a horror movie fan but a bunch of horny dumb teens getting sliced and diced is different to me. Horrible how they treat those women it makes me sick. Probably gonna watch though because it is very well made especially also telling the way the world changed.
May 22, 2026 at 7:51 AM If you felt like that with season 1 which is by far the best one then I wouldn't bother with it. After season 2 it drops off.
