May 26, 2026 at 3:51 PM Well let me do it for you, It’s MMLP Roo Who came through with 2 glocks to terrorize your blocks? Now you shouldn’t have writers block
May 26, 2026 at 3:54 PM I think 50 brokered the deal for the podcast or that's the gist I got from seeing it on BX.
May 26, 2026 at 5:54 PM The Eminem show is a better collection of commercial songs. MMLP is better artistry.
May 26, 2026 at 11:05 PM Sonically I enjoy eminem show more. And it showed major growth as a artist for him. But the mmlp was more grimey, raw and shock value. They both have their own special highs
May 26, 2026 at 11:07 PM I think during 8 mile and devils night eminem was not only at his peak. He was the peak. If we got a solo album then instead of what he gave us. Lord have mercy.
May 26, 2026 at 11:54 PM Gun to my head I’m probably picking MMLP over TES. While you can argue TES sounds better, I am way more emotionally connected to MMLP. Plus it has Stan, arguably the most important song in Eminem’s discography.
May 27, 2026 at 12:57 AM I love Stan but I’ll take Lose Yourself over it any day, and Em Show era Em recorded it.
May 27, 2026 at 4:59 AM Nah. Half of TES was pretty much done around the same time as Devils Night anyway. Although the analogue mixing and mastering is perfect in MMLP, you can hear the sound of a collective effort going on in TES where everyone involved was clearly trying to make the best possible music they could. That’s why a lot of the songs have these dramatic build ups and are sprinkled with all sorts of different influence like the Rock theme that runs throughout it.
